Smart buildings & digital transformation.
Digitally enabled design is a hallmark of how we work. We leverage smart-building technologies and BIM to transform traditional structures — because the construction industry consumes around 40% of global energy, and digital tools are essential to drive efficiency at the scale that matters.
01 / SectionSimulation before specification.
We use 3D modelling and dynamic simulations to optimise design well before breaking ground. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) lets us test airflow and thermal comfort across proposed floorplates. Energy modelling lets us trial system strategies against real climate data. The cheaper place to fail is on a screen — not on a balance sheet.
02 / SectionDigital twins.
We create virtual replicas of buildings that evolve with sensor data. The twin helps facility managers monitor performance and plan maintenance. If a sensor detects an anomaly — an overheated transformer, a drifting chiller — the digital twin can predict the impact on the building energy profile and alert the operator.

03 / SectionData-driven insight.
By collecting data from existing buildings, we continuously refine our design assumptions. A smart, sensor-integrated retrofit — like the well-known Sydney Opera House programme — cut energy use by 20% and water use by 30% through AI-driven management. We aim for similar wins on our projects, scaled to the operational reality of each.
04 / SectionAutomated controls.
Our designs include adaptive systems. Motion sensors dim lights in empty corridors. Window shades close automatically in glare. All of this is orchestrated through a Building Management System that learns the building patterns rather than executing a fixed schedule.
Digital transformation is not the goal. Smarter buildings are the goal. By making data central to the design process, we deliver projects that meet modern building standards and sustainability targets — and that keep performing as the operating environment changes around them.
